MORE "Pass it on " Virus Hoaxes:

The "Pass the word" and "Pass it on" Hoaxes!

      Attention : Microsoft Virus If you receive an e-mail titled "Get
      More Money" DO NOT OPEN. As it carries a new virus which can wipe
      out your hardrive. It is little known, so pass the word around.
 We have explained before that simply reading a text email will not harm your PC 
(opening attachments is another matter). This is a short version of the "Get More Money" 
hoax that we have saw early Fall of 1998. The hoax writers just shortened it and replaced
 the "forward to all your friends" message with the "Pass the word around" text. 
If you see request in a so-called warning to "Pass it on." or "Pass the word around"
 you should immediately disregard the message or (better yet) tell the sender that it's most
 likely a hoax.
